BACA College offers a broad curriculum, tailored and adaptable to meet student’s educational needs. Their goal is to ensure our students leave as mature, confident and ambitious individuals, with the necessary qualifications and array of experiences required to make a significant contribution in a competitive and challenging world.

Results at BACA College have gone from strength to strength, helping students move on to their university of choice or apprenticeships and career paths. The overall pass rate in both academic and vocational exams was 100%, with 72% of entries in vocational subjects received the very highest grades (D*/D). 42% of BACA students achieved 3 or more A*-B (or equivalent) grades.

By choosing to be part of any of the 6 specialist academies, students experience professional training with the aid of specialised staff and work experience opportunities in their chosen industry.
The 6 Specialist Academies are as follows:
• Aldridge Cricket Academy
• Aldridge KSD Construction Academy
• Aldridge South East Dance Academy
• Aldridge Football Academy
• Brighton Digital Media Academy (winner of the Academy Partnership Award at the National Education Business Awards)
• Team Academy (a globally recognised form of developing young people into entrepreneurs originating in Finland)

With the newly opened Sir Rod Aldridge Cricket Centre (2016), and the fast approaching builds of both a dedicated on-site construction centre (2017) and dance space in the heart of Brighton (2019), students can build upon their knowledge and better enhance their skills in the state of the art, tailored facilities.
