Sunday 14th May, 12 – 5pm East Brighton Park, Wilson Avenue, Brighton, BN2 5TS

Brighton Festival is offering Free Family Fun this weekend as it presents a host of inventive outdoor performances across two afternoons.

Highly-skilled performers will transform two of Brighton’s beautiful parks – Easthill Park and East Brighton Park – into open-air theatrical bonanzas with six brand-new shows including capoeira, disability-defying dance, hip hop, puppetry, seriously silly theatre, tightrope walking and rock ‘n’ roll juggling.

Spymonkey’s Petra Massey will be your host for the day, and Sun 14 May in East Brighton Park, BSL interpreters Jill Blackadder and Marco Nardi will also be on hand.

Look out for the following live acts to keep you entertained:

Bingo Lingo – Get your eyes down for this cheeky reinvention of a great British tradition with Beryl and Cyril who hope to make Bingo an official Paralympic sport.

To Me, To You – By the critically acclaimed Wired Aerial Theatre this playful new aerial dance show about finding balance is performed both on the ground and in the air.
